Using research-proven techniques, the program offers the resources and community support that are crucial to making this your very last quit attempt. You can beat those cravings, and this online program can lead the way to a new, healthier life. It even helps you track your progress — when you set your own quit date, the Web Coach® sends you reminders and encouragement via email.
